These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DealHero.ch website and membership service, operated by DealHero GmbH, Switzerland.

By signing up for a membership or accessing the platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About DealHero

DealHero.ch is a members-only platform for Swiss SMEs. It provides access to exclusive offers, discounts, and services negotiated with partner companies. These offers are for use strictly within the member’s own organization.

2. Membership Terms

- Membership is available only to registered businesses and organizations.

- Upon signing up, you will create an account and provide payment via Stripe.

- The minimum contract period is 12 months, regardless of whether payment is made monthly or annually.

- Memberships automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 3 months prior to the end of the current subscription term.

- Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via your account dashboard.

3. Payment

- All payments are handled securely via Stripe.

- You agree to keep valid payment information on file for recurring billing.

- Failed payments may lead to suspension or cancellation of your access.

4. Partner Offers

- The offers presented on DealHero are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.

- DealHero does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or accuracy of partner offers.

- Any use of an offer is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective partner.

5. Use of Platform and Restrictions

- Access to offers and codes is strictly limited to the registered member company.

- It is strictly forbidden to share offers, discount codes, or links outside of your own organization.

- Any unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content on DealHero.ch is the property of DealHero GmbH or its partners.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material from the site without written permission.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

- DealHero acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the products or services provided by partner companies.

- We do not guarantee the success or suitability of any offer to your specific needs.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealHero disclaims liability for any damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on any offer.

8. Modifications

- We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
